My God… do You still hear me?

I once carried Your cross and believed that faith could lead me through the darkness.

I hunted the damned. I faced Dracula. I watched the darkness take hold of everything I had sworn to protect.

And somewhere along the way, I became something I no longer understand.

I told myself that every sacrifice had a purpose. That every life taken brought me closer to ending the evil I had sworn to destroy.

But tell me, Lord… when the monster sits upon the throne, what remains of the man who once hunted him?

I have taken his place. I have inherited his darkness. And the eyes that once searched for evil now reveal what I have become.

If there is still a part of me worthy of Your mercy, do not let it disappear into the night.

I do not ask You to erase my sins.

I ask for the strength to face them.

And if my story has not yet reached its end, then let me discover what remains of the man I once was.

“His story is unfinished. Stand with those who believe it deserves another chapter.”
